Why isn't my size available for pre-order?
If your size isn't available for pre-order, it's because it's in-stock and ready to ship! Click here to find in-stock pieces.
When will my pre-order ship?
We expect pre-orders to ship from end March - early April 2025
What happens if you do not hit your pre-order goal for a particular style?
We will not produce the sweatshirt if our pre-order goal is not met.
Your order will be canceled and fully refunded 7-10 working days after pre-order ends.
Can I still order the sweatshirt after the pre-order ends?
We're not sure at this point if the sweatshirt will be available after pre-orders end.
Once we receive stock, we will add any additional sweatshirts to our online store. However, the pre-order bonus is only available during this pre-order period. All sales after will be at regular price.
Can I apply a discount code to the pre-order price?
No. The sweatshirt is already heavily discounted and no additional promo codes can be applied. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with promo codes, unless it's a store credit or giftcard.
Can I place a pre-order with in-stock items?
We encourage you not to place your sweatshirt pre-order with other jewelry items, as the order will only ship once the sweatshirt is ready.
