What is Re:Do Unlimited Returns?

USA Customers: Add Re:Do Unlimited Returns ($0.98) to your order at checkout for FREE unlimited returns. Try risk-free and easily return items in your order for FREE for an exchange, store credit, or a refund by logging into our Re:Do portal. This is only compatible with our website at this time and does not apply to final sale items. All returns must be made using the shipping label generated in our returns portal to be eligible for free unlimited returns & exchanges.
Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? Please proceed with your easy returns or exchange process here and to print a shipping label for your return. All returns must be made using the shipping label generated in our returns portal. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges Policy: 

Under our 100% Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee, we will provide a full product refund, no questions asked, as long as your returns meet the following conditions : 

• Returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order was received.
• Talismans must be returned un-worn, as-new and in their original packaging with no damages. If it arrives damaged or visibly worn, we reserve the right to withhold your refund. 
• USA Customers: All returns must be made using the shipping label generated in our returns portal. Unless you've purchased Re:Do Unlimited Free Returns with your order, the cost of the returns label generated in our returns portal will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs & taxes are non-refundable.
• International Customers: You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs & taxes are non-refundable.
• If your order contains a gift with purchase, you must return the gift as well for a full refund.
• Items purchased during a sale are final sale and not eligible for exchanges and refunds. 

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

At checkout, you may add withdrawal coverage to your order. If you purchased withdrawal coverage, your return shipping is fully covered at no additional cost when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that customers who do not purchase withdrawal coverage are responsible under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
