Which currency are your prices in?

Our prices are in USD.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Wisconsin, USA.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please enter your mailing address at checkout for shipping charges. All orders are shipped with taxes and duties paid in advance.

How much is shipping within the USA?

USA Shipping is free on all orders $45+. There is a shipping fee of $6.95 for orders below $45+.

Is there sales tax?

Sales tax will be added to your order if it is shipping to the state of Georgia, Ohio, Illinois & Wisconsin.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

All orders are shipped with taxes and duties paid in advance.

Do you ship internationally outside the UK & EU?

Yes we do ship to all major countries outside of the UK & EU. All orders are shipped with taxes and duties paid in advance.

How much is International Shipping?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel / change / exchange my order?

If your order hasn't been processed and shipped, we'll do everything we can to exchange your order. Please write to us immediately at covencare@blessedbemagick.com if you'd like to exchange your talisman for another design.

If your order has already been shipped, you will have to ship your original talisman back to us in unused condition with full packaging at your own expense within 30 days of your order date. Once we receive your shipment and verify that it's in good order, we'll ship out your new desired talisman to you with an additional shipping cost which we'll send you a quote for depending on your location. Please contact covencare@blessedbemagick.com to arrange.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Sure!

Under our 100% Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee, we will provide a full product refund, no questions asked, as long as your returns meet the following conditions : 

- Returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order was placed.

 - Talismans must be returned un-worn, as-new and in their original packaging with no damages. If it arrives damaged or visibly worn, we reserve the right to withhold your refund.  

 - We will not be able to refund any shipping charges & taxes paid at the point of order, including international shipping charges. 

 - You are responsible for all return shipping costs and making sure your return shipment gets to us safely. Refunds will not be processed until your package arrives at our warehouse and is inspected.

- If your order contains a gift with purchase, you must return the gift as well to be eligible for a full refund.

- Items purchased during a sale are final sale and not eligible for exchanges and refunds.

We encourage you to take proper care of your talisman so that it lasts.

Here are some tips:

- Store your talisman separately to minimize scratching. 

- Remove your talisman and put it in a safe place (all talismans come with a pouch - perfect for storing your jewelry!) before showering, swimming, exercising and sleeping. 

- Please avoid contact with sweat, lotions, perfumes and other chemicals.

- Occasionally polish your talisman with a soft cloth to clean and restore shine.

- Plated Rose Gold and Gold jewelry are more delicate than silver pieces, so please take extra care!
