2021 SHIPPING UPDATES
If you're currently awaiting your order:All postal systems are still overwhelmed due to the pandemic. It is absolutely normal right now for your package not to arrive past its expected delivery date, for tracking not to update or for your package to bounce between different cities. This typically resolves itself in a few weeks and packages do turn up. Please sit tight and be patient! We truly appreciate your understanding during this time.
Route Shipping Claims:That said, if you have purchased Route Shipping protection, to ensure you're fully protected please file a claim if your tracking hasn't updated after 7 days for USA domestic (14 for Canada and 20 for other international countries) and before 30 days. 2021 Shipping Update: We highly recommend that you purchase Route Shipping Protection for a small fee at checkout to insure yourself against severe delivery delays, loss and theft.

All US orders currently ship FREE via UPS with tracking.
US Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to your order if you are shipping to the state of Georgia.
International Shipping and Delivery
All International orders currently ship FREE via UPS with tracking.
International Customs Fees
Please note that you are fully responsible for paying any tax, customs and brokerage fees incurred in your country when you place an international order with us. We are not able to advice on what this might be.

All prices are in USD. Please note that we are not responsible for any currency conversion and additional payment charges imposed upon by your payment provider.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I Exchange My Order?
If your order hasn't been processed and shipped, we'll do everything we can to exchange your order. Please write to us immediately at email@example.com if you'd like to exchange your talisman for another design.
If your order has already been shipped, you will have to ship your original talisman back to us in unused condition with full packaging at your own expense. Once we receive your shipment and verify that it's in good order, we'll ship out your new desired talisman to you with an additional shipping cost which we'll send you a quote for depending on your location. Can I Return My Order for a Refund?
Under our 100% Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee, we will provide a full product refund, no questions asked, as long as your returns meet the following conditions :
- Talismans must be returned un-worn, as-new and in their original packaging with no damages. If it arrives damaged or visibly worn, we reserve the right to withhold your refund.
- We will not be able to refund any shipping charges + priority processing fees paid at the point of order, including international shipping charges.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and making sure your return shipment gets to us safely. Refunds will not be processed until your package arrives at our warehouse and is inspected.

Do I Have to Pay Return Shipping?
Yes. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and making sure your return shipment gets to us safely. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you ship with tracking and insurance.
